-Terms:                       
Rodefer Galleries acts primarily as an art advisory and brokerage service, facilitating transactions between collectors. In most cases, the gallery acts solely as agent for the seller and does not take title to the artwork.

We require payment in full prior to the shipment of any piece.  In the case of a bronze requiring casting, we require half down, and the remainder when casting and patinae work is completed, prior to shipment.  We are not responsible for typographical listing errors or prior sales of any offered works. All sales are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

-Shipping:                    
We work with a variety of quality shipping companies allowing us to safely ship both delicate smaller works and monumental multi-ton sculptures anywhere in the world.  

-Commissions:            
Some of our artists, time and budget permitting, will create site specific works. Please inquire.

-Other Artists:            
We have friendships and working relationships with hundreds of additional artists and dealers, and can, acting as your agent, locate and acquire appropriate works for any setting and aesthetic by almost any artist worldwide.

-Public Art:                  
We are experts with decades of experience in public and corporate art.  From initial search to final selection and shipping & installation logistics, there is no one better suited and capable to assist you than the Rodefer Galleries staff.

-Authenticity:              
Rodefer Galleries acts primarily as an agent for consignors and collectors and does not take title to most works offered. To the best of our knowledge, all works offered are authentic as to artist/maker. Where Rodefer Galleries acts as agent for the seller, any warranty of authenticity is limited to the representations of the .seller, though Rodefer Galleries will reasonably assist the buyer in resolving any authenticity dispute. If conclusive written evidence establishes that a work is not authentic as represented, Rodefer Galleries will work with the seller to rescind the sale and arrange a refund, subject to the terms of the transaction.

-Tax:                            
Sales tax will be applied where required by law. New York sales tax applies to works delivered in New York.

-Privacy Policy:           
Simple: We will never share any personal client or visitor information with any outside sources. Any information you provide will be used solely internally to best serve your art needs.
